I look forward to buying from this company again. When I do, even if they were to be a little more expensive than a competitor, I would still buy from them as I would have total peace of mind.

I just had to write and thank you and T & G for fantastic customer service. It is a rare occurrence these days and I felt that it should be acknowledged.

I use my salt & pepper mills daily and having tried many other styles at other peoples houses have yet to find mills that grind the salt & pepper so efficiently.

I am not only delighted with the action taken but was very pleased with the tone of your letter which accompanied the replacement set.

Many thanks for sending the parts, which we have put into the grinder - and it is now working beautifully. We appreciate the service, also the existence of the longterm guarantee. It is rare to have such a guarantee nowadays, resulting in having to throw away defective items once they are past the "just bought" period. This is a shame as it adds to waste - and of course means that one is unlikely to purchase again from that product range. So T&G scores on all points!"
